Registration Requirements: Ages 4-18 - Recreational Season
New Players - A new player is one that did not play in the 2009 Fall Season. New players must bring to registration:
- Two small photos of child's face (preferrably 2x2 inches)
- Birth Certificate for proof of age (the league will retain a copy during the seasonal year).
- A completed NVSYSL/USYSNV Registration form (Available upon registration or online at http://usysnv.net)
- Check or Money order for $55.00 (USD)
Return Players - A return player is one that did play in the 2010 Spring Season, not returning to the same team. Return players must bring to registration:
- Two small photos of child's face (preferrably 2x2 inches)
- A completed NVSYSL/USYSNV Registration form (Available upon registration or online at http://usysnv.net)
- Check or Money order for $55.00 (USD)
Returning Teams - A returning team is one that played with Nevada South Youth Soccer in the Spring 2010 Season. Coach/Team Manager or Team Parent must bring to registration:
- A copy of the Team Roster which is to be used, and all applicable team fees.
- Player Passes (Player Cards) for each individual player to play in Spring Season.
- Check or Money Order for $55.00 per player (USD). Each registering team will receive ONE free player registration.
New Teams - A new team is a team which is newly formed, but has yet to play in the league. New Teams will be required to bring to registration:
- Two small photos of child's face (preferrably 2x2 inches)
- Birth Certificate of each payer, for proof of age (the league will retain a copy during the seasonal year)
- A completed NVSYSL/USYSNV Registration form for each player (Available upon registration or online at http://usysnv.net)
Check or Money Order for $55.00 per player (USD). Each registering team will receive ONE free player registration.
Interested in Coaching?
Coaches and Assistant Coaches are always needed, to ensure that all players (including yours) have the opportunity to play. Coaching is fun, exciting and an opportunity to spend quality time with your child. If you are interested in coaching, please bring two (2) small photos (preferrably 2x2 inches) of your face. Coaching classes are offered!
Fees include:
Eight Game Season, Referee Fees, Secondary Insurance and team T-Shirts. Games will begin in late March and end in Late May.
Fields
Located in the NW area of Las Vegas - Bettye Wilson West, Bettye Wilson Main Complex, Kellogg Zaher, Buckskin Basin, Centennial Hills Park and Ed Fountain Park.
Player Requirements for Fall 2010 Season:
- Shin Guards
- Soccer Cleats
- Soccer Ball (U5-U8 size #3, U9-U12 size #4, U13 and above use size #5)
REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES:
All registrations will be held at the Nevada South Youth Soccer league office - located at 5650 W. Charleston Blvd. # 14, One block east of Jones, on the northeast corner of Upland and W. Charleston.
Mail in registration will be accepted if the forms are filled out correctly, are signed in BOTH places, and all other requirements are met. Mail-ins must be post marked NO LATER than the final day of registration, or the player may be placed on a waiting list.

FINAL REGISTRATION WILL BE SATURDAY JULY 10th from 10:00am-1:00pm at NVSYSL office
ALL INDIVIDUALS, TEAMS OR CLUBS REGISTERING AFTER JULY 10th WILL HAVE A $10.00 LATE FEE
